Oslo Proptech Summit 2026 takes place at Construction City, Standardveien 1, 0614 Oslo, on 21 October 2026. Doors open 08:30.
The venue
Construction City is a collaborative community of companies, innovators and industry experts shaping the future of construction, infrastructure and real estate. The site spans 103,000 square metres with up to 4,000 work and study spaces, shared facilities, studios and a vibrant cross-disciplinary community. For the summit, the whole building becomes the festival.

Getting there
Line 5 from Jernbanetorget toward Vestli, off at Økern, then an 8 min walk to Standardveien 1.
Bus 60 from Jernbanetorget (platform D) toward Tonsenhagen, off at Økern T (7 min walk). Bus 23 or 24 from Storo or Nydalen, off at Ulven Torg (6 min walk).
Limited parking on site, so we recommend leaving the car at home. Taxi or ride hailing (Bolt, Uber) drops you right at the door.
About 30 min from Oslo Central, mostly along the Akerselva river.

Where to stay
The summit is at Construction City, and the afterparty is at Mesh Youngstorget in the city centre. If you plan to stay for the afterparty, we recommend booking accommodation downtown. Thon Hotels has a good selection across Oslo.
